Heat-Resistant Conveyor Belts are specifically designed to handle high-temperature materials. They feature a robust carcass made from multiple layers of cotton or polyester canvas, providing a durable skeleton for the belt. The EPDM rubber cover on both the top and bottom of the belt offers resistance to high temperatures, extending the belt’s lifespan and enhancing its performance under heat stress.

The unique construction of these belts ensures they are highly effective in industries that deal with high-temperature materials, including metallurgy, steel plants, foundries, fertilizer, and chemical plants. These belts are ideal for conveying materials such as sinter, hot coke, cement clinker, and hot castings—all of which can reach temperatures up to 175°C.

Heat-resistant conveyor belts are categorized into four distinct temperature grades to meet varying requirements:

• T1: Suitable for temperatures up to 100°C.
• T2: Handles temperatures up to 125°C.
• T3: Effective at temperatures up to 150°C.
• T4: Designed for use at temperatures up to 175°C.

These varying grades ensure that the belts can be tailored to the specific temperature needs of each application, providing reliable and efficient material transport even in the most challenging environments.
