Return Policy
We accept returns for conveyor belts under the following conditions:
a. The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
b. The conveyor belt is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
c. Proof of purchase is provided.
Customers should contact our customer service team at Sales@Tiryuk.com to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using reliable shipping methods to ensure the safe return of the product.
Warranty Policy
All conveyor belts manufactured by Tiryuk Co are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages resulting from improper use, maintenance, or any modifications made to the conveyor belt by parties other than Tiryuk Co. To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact our customer service team.
